**Job Title:** Public Sector Tiling Professional

Company Overview:

VANRATH are working with a large Public Sector Organisation to find an experienced Tiler who can work on the Kitchen and bathroom renewal project within social housing sector in Belfast.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out tiling works within social housing properties
• Always present a positive, can-do attitude marking out an area to estimate the number of tiles and adhesive needed cutting tiles to size and shape with hand-cutters or bench-mounted tools preparing surfaces by levelling off with plaster, sand or cement fixing the tiles and applying grout before finishing off

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence Must have sound knowledge of construction industry Must be able to work independently NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in the Workplace Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping a must C.S.R.
