About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Chartwells. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers
  • Create visually appealing food displays and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Represent Chartwells and promote a positive brand image
  • Handle cash and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Previous experience in a similar catering-related role is desirable but not essential
