We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead and manage one of our residential children’s homes in Romford, East London. As a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality care and outcomes for the children and young people in our care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the home, including staff management, supervisions, care and placement planning, safeguarding, communications, report writing, and monitoring overall quality and compliance of service.
We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, who is able to inspire and motivate their team to deliver outstanding results. You will also need to have experience working in a residential children’s home setting and be familiar with Ofsted regulations and requirements.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum, plus overtime paid at an hourly rate. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including sleep shift pay of £50.00 per night.

Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage the children’s home consistent with the approach and therapeutic ethos of the home

Requirements:
- Experience working in a residential children’s home setting
- Familiarity with Ofsted regulations and requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team
