About the Position:

We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Resolution Expert to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving vendor financial deductions based on supply chain process issues, creating comprehensive reports, and sharing results with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, and experience working with external stakeholders (e.g. Vendors, Sellers, B2B customers). They will also have good project management skills, experience interfacing with internal stakeholders (e.g. Retail stakeholders, Finance teams), and relationship trust and influence with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  1. Identify root causes of financial deductions and develop joint action plans with vendors to resolve critical disputes or hold situations.
  2. Facilitate regular progress reviews with vendors to create sustainable long-term results.
  3. Build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various job functions and levels within the vendor's organization.
  4. Contribute to cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders related to new process creation and improvement of your work.
  5. Travel within EU may be required for this role.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree.
  2. 1-2 years of professional experience.
  3. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Experience in creating comprehensive analysis for senior stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated negotiation skills and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Excellent written and spoken English.
  7. Knowledge in MS Office programs as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in data analysis and project management.
  2. Basic SQL and Advanced Excel skills.
  3. Understanding of supply chain processes.
  4. Fluency in one additional European language (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish).

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. ENGINEERINGUK offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
