We are seeking an experienced Associate Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Responsum Global Ltd.

As an Associate Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing technical designs to ensure that design and scope are fully understood.

You will also train junior team members and create action plans for poor performance.

Prior experience on Data Centres is essential for this role.

About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Honours degree – Chartered (an advantage, but not essential)
  • 10+ years recognised expert within the sector (data centres or industrial/high-tech and commercial)
  • 3+ years' experience in people management, managing multidisciplinary teams (consultants and engineers, etc.)
  • 3+ years project management experience, overseeing both electrical and mechanical engineering projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organisation
  • Drive for continuous innovation and adoption of emerging technologies
  • Champion excellence in the Ethos design process and engineering techniques
