About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lead Front of House Administrator at HC-One - Greenacres. This is a varied and busy role that requires a keen eye for detail, strong administrative skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing outstanding customer care to our residents and their families. You will work closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall experience for our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to our management team, including managing schedules, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports as needed.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents, their families, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Rota Management: Effectively manage rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing absences.
  • Sales and Marketing: Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and promoting our services to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with our residents, their families, and external partners, ensuring a positive reputation for HC-One - Greenacres.
Requirements:
  • Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Education: GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
