Job Summary

As the Chief Financial Operations Officer at Principles for Responsible Investment, you will play a critical role in driving the organization's financial strategy and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information. This position will oversee all operational elements of the Finance team, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reporting. The emphasis is on providing high-quality financial information to support business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and improve the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Processes
Complete the monthly management accounts with detailed commentary on all aspects of the PRI's financials
Identify improvements to financial reporting process to optimise efficiency and quality of management information to enable effective and timely decision making for the business
Review Management Accounts for PRI Subsidiaries and manage consolidation of all PRI entities
Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with regulations
Ensure financial integrity and documenting processes and maintaining and improving internal controls
Oversee the completion of financial accounts, VAT return, Corporation tax return submissions
Ad hoc duties as requested

Requirements

Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or equivalent with more than 5 years PQE)
Well-developed people management skills and experience of leading
Demonstrates a commitment to developing others and a growth mindset, actively pursuing continuous professional and personal development
Excellent networking, relationship management and interpersonal skills and experience of building strong and productive relationships
