About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability and Social Value Advisor to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our supplier engagement team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our suppliers adhere to our sustainability and social value standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and Report on Supplier Performance: Oversee supplier performance related to sustainability and social value objectives, and monitor and report on supplier performance metrics related to sustainability and social impact.
  2. Collaborate with Suppliers: Collaborate with suppliers to develop improvement plans and provide guidance on meeting sustainability goals.
  3. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability and social value.
  4. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure supplier performance aligns with ABM UK's sustainability and social impact goals.
  5. Develop and Deliver Training: Develop and deliver support training where required to enhance supplier understanding of sustainability and social value requirements.
