We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Controller to join our team at Venn Group. As a Senior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payment of invoices, and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 30-40 customer accounts, ensuring timely payment of invoices and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve any queries or issues related to customer payments.
- Chase customers for outstanding payments via phone and email, ensuring that all communication is professional and courteous.
- Process incoming funds and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deal with complex pricing issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve any disputes or issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services or credit management environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPS and PIVOT TABLES.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
