About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Gascoigne Halman in Knutsford. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with our established Estate Agency team to provide expert advice and guidance to customers purchasing their dream home, buying investment properties, or re-mortgaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expert advice and guidance to customers on mortgage and protection products.
- Support customers throughout their mortgage journey, from initial consultation to completion.
- Build strong relationships with the Estate Agency team through training, development, and support.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss best practices, industry updates, and training.
- Continuously improve and take ownership of your own training and development.
- Provide advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.
- Attract new customers and business through opportunities provided.
Requirements:
- Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude.
- Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions.
- Motivated to be successful and part of a successful team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work under pressure and build strong relationships internally and externally.
- CeMap qualified or equivalent, or willingness to train towards holding the qualification.
- Full UK driving license.
