We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager / Deputy Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care in a residential setting.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing communication with Local Authority Social Workers and other professionals regarding significant events and updates. You will work closely with our senior management team to implement and adhere to safeguarding policies and relevant legislation, including Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
The successful candidate will possess 5 years' experience in children's care, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), and excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team. They will also have a strong understanding of safeguarding, relevant legislation, and quality standards.
