**Job Overview:**

Liquid Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Substance Misuse Practitioner to join their team in Lewisham. As a key member of the Alcohol and Substance Misuse Team, you will provide vital support and guidance to individuals struggling with substance misuse.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The successful candidate can expect an attractive salary of up to £26 per hour, paid twice weekly through our 'Faster Pay' service. Additionally, you will enjoy ongoing contracts until at least March 2025, Monday to Friday working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, and a range of benefits including a free DBS and compliance service, access to exclusive social work training and CPD portal, and more.

**Key Responsibilities:**

In this rewarding role, you will develop personalized plans with clients to help them overcome substance misuse challenges and achieve their goals. With a strong background in health, social care, criminal justice, or other specialist settings, ideally with experience working with those experiencing homelessness, you will possess the necessary qualifications and skills to excel in this position. A valid UK driving license is also required.

**Required Qualifications and Experience:**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:

  • A relevant ONC/NVQ level 3 qualification or be willing to achieve it within 12 months;
  • Proven experience working in a similar setting, particularly with those experiencing homelessness;
  • A valid UK driving license.
