* Support the production of site packs through the printing and folding of drawings
* Maintain all customer correspondence, including archiving of completed contract documentation and email management
* Assist with drawings to/from the shop floor, despatch notes, and handover to couriers
* Send correspondence and documentation to customers, maintaining document transmittal records
* Maintain paper records, filing, collating, checking, photocopying, and scanning as required
* Maintain electronic records, databases, and spreadsheets
* Ensure all projects conform to all QA for documentation
* Chase up outstanding documentation
* Travel bookings
* General admin duties, including typing, shredding, monitoring of stationery cupboard, and reordering stock
* Reception cover, including answering the telephone

Requirements:

* Proven administration experience
* Good organization skills
* Attention to detail
* Good interpersonal skills and not afraid to challenge
* Good skills/experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases
