Job Overview

We are seeking a Dementia Support Specialist to join our team at Alzheimer's Support. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to make a positive impact every day.

The successful candidate will provide essential advice and information to people affected by dementia in Wiltshire, signposting them to a wide range of services, drawing up support plans, and liaising with other service providers.

This role requires efficiency, good administrative skills, empathy, and a passion for supporting people with dementia and their family carers to access the information they need.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. The hybrid working arrangement offers flexibility between home and the Devizes or Trowbridge office.
