- Education:
- A background in civil engineering or project management is advantageous.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stakeholder management, social value coordination, or community engagement, preferably within the construction or civil engineering sector.
- Experience in preparing and delivering social value proposals for tender submissions is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social value frameworks and relevant legislation.
