  • Ensure compliance of the Company's activities, resources, and staff with the requirements of industry and government lead regulation within a framework of business efficiency.
  • Maintain adequate and appropriate systems and controls to ensure that the business meets its regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on complaints and report the results to senior management.
  • Provide advice and manage any parts of the business FCA compliance planning, reporting progress to the company and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Stay aware of current compliance/Audit requirements and be up to date with compliance/Audit regulation changes to plan and implement an effective compliance strategy.
  • Implement appropriate systems and controls to ensure that the firm meets its regulatory obligations.
  • Regularly monitor and update the compliance/Audit systems and controls to ensure they are performing their intended functions.
  • Support the Head of Compliance in the delivery of the company Compliance Plan and other additional Project Management and supplier support to deliver compliance to FCA regulations.
