Job Description

This Teaching Assistant role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of students. You will work closely with our experienced teachers and support staff to deliver engaging lessons and provide individualised support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality lessons and contributing to a positive learning environment.
  • Providing individualised support to students who require additional assistance.
  • Assisting in the preparation and organisation of teaching materials.
  • Regularly assessing and reporting on student progress.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working within a similar role or in a relevant field.
  • A strong understanding of the needs of students with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £26,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including training and development opportunities.
