About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a qualified Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and sensory and communication impairments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for individuals with complex needs
- Support and mentor colleagues to promote positive teamwork
- Observe, record, and report changes in service users and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
- Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach
- Positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality care
