About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef and Operations Manager to join our team at Elior UK Holdings Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and management of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Oversee food purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including food costs, labor costs, and sales revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef and Operations Manager in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
