Academic Mentor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Academic Mentor to join our team at a world-class Secondary School in Southwark. As an Academic Mentor, you will work closely with students to provide targeted support and guidance, helping them to achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students in their chosen subject specialism
  • Assist with exam preparation and revision sessions
  • Support students with university applications and Oxbridge interviews
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement targeted interventions

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background and a passion for education. The ideal candidate will have a 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a top university and a strong understanding of their chosen subject specialism. They will also be hardworking, committed to helping all students excel, and have a perfect blend of academic and interpersonal skills.
