Modern Apprentice: Service Team Assistant

We require a highly organized and detail-oriented Modern Apprentice to join our facilities team based in our London office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out various facilities tasks, including reprographic and general facilities duties.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and carrying out facilities tasks, including reprographic and general facilities duties
  • Providing cover for junior typing support to the Senior PA's
  • Assisting with document production and basic reception meet and greet tasks
  • Onsite facilities and junior secretarial support to London colleagues
  • Daily interaction with clients and colleagues across the business to assist with desk and meeting room bookings

Working under the direct supervision of the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the day-to-day facilities duties which may include, but are not limited to, replenishing stocks and supplies, facilities and office maintenance, meeting room set up and catering.
