Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-end Developer to join our team at Oliver Bernard, a leading organization in the luxury hospitality industry. As a Front-end Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our marketplace, which connects travelers with the world's best holiday homes.

About the Role

As a Front-end Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the user interface and user experience of our platform, using modern frontend frameworks, TypeScript, and React.js. You will work closely with our engineering team to deliver high-quality features and ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the user interface and user experience of our platform using modern frontend frameworks, TypeScript, and React.js
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver high-quality features and ensure a seamless user experience
  • Work on performance optimization and ensure the platform is fast and efficient
  • Develop and maintain complex business rules on the client-side
  • Implement solid testing practices to ensure the quality of the platform
  • Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements to the platform

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience with modern frontend frameworks, TypeScript, and React.js
  • 1-2 years' experience in performance optimization
  • Experience working on core applications using APIs
  • Exposed to complex business rules on the client-side
  • Solid testing experience
  • Previous experience with e-commerce or large, well-known companies that have high-traffic consumer-facing projects
