Senior Legal Counsel

As a Senior Legal Counsel at DiverseJobsMatter, you will provide expert legal advice and support to the business on commercial matters within EMEA, including structuring, negotiating, and drafting strategic and operations commercial contracts.
You will be the first point of contact for all legal matters arising in the designated market regions and will work closely with the EMEA legal team to devise and implement systems and solutions to manage legal risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support on all legal matters in the designated market regions.
- Responsible for structuring, negotiating and drafting various significant strategic and operations commercial contracts.
- Proactively assess potential legal risks to the business and work with management and the EMEA / Global legal team to devise and implement systems and solutions.
About you:
You will be a fully qualified, experienced UK commercial lawyer with a broad base of generalist commercial experience and excellent communication skills.
