Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN Learning Facilitator to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an SEN Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for providing tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a classroom setting.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field and at least 2 years of experience working with students with SEN. You will be expected to develop and implement individual learning plans based on students' needs, assess their progress, and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to support academic progress
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Develop and implement individual learning plans based on students' needs
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and resources

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of SEN legislation and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Additional training in SEN education
  • Experience working in a diverse classroom environment

Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
