Job Title: Doorman

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Doorman to join our team at a luxury hotel in London. As a Doorman, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist guests with their luggage and other requests, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel, promoting a positive image and exceeding guest expectations
  • Work closely with the concierge team to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Provide a 5-star service, consistently exceeding guest expectations
  • Must have a full driving license and be over 25 years old

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury hotels is essential
  • Impeccable customer service skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail and professionalism
  • Must be well-presented, with flawless communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of London and the local area
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Be willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
