Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure production targets and quality standards are met by performing product changeovers, managing smooth start-ups and shutdowns, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Monitor and improve production processes, ensuring safety and quality protocols are upheld.
  • Operate within established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Continuous Improvement Learning (CILs), and adhere to 5S standards for a well-organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively across all shifts and with support teams to ensure seamless production.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues and visitors as needed.

What You Bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in machine operation.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Dedication to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to cover rotating roles and maintain up-to-date skills.

Salary Information:

We offer an estimated annual salary of £53,500, with opportunities for OTE up to £60,000. Additionally, our company provides a comprehensive 7.5% pension contribution.
