Nursery Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced nursery professional to lead and manage a team of dedicated early childhood educators in our toddler room.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the allocated area or room within the nursery, ensuring a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of child development, with the ability to provide varied learning experiences that cater to all aspects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of nursery professionals, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
- Develop and implement learning plans tailored to individual needs, fostering a love of learning in children
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines
