Care and Support Assistant

This role is based in a purpose-built unit in Cramlington, Northumberland, providing care and support to people with physical disabilities and complex needs. Our team works with a range of brain injuries, from trauma to illness and substance abuse, to help individuals regain lost skills and meet their personal goals.
We're not looking for specific experience, but rather individuals who share our values of being agile, resourceful, courageous, connected, and having heart. If you have genuine empathy for our residents, enjoy teamwork, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to individuals with physical disabilities and complex needs.
- FOLLOW individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each person.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless care and support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
