We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Humanities Graduate to join our team at RIBBONS AND REEVES. As a Humanities Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of academic abilities and gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide group support and 1:1 support in and out of the classroom
  • Work with a range of academic abilities, including those with special educational needs
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities to support learner progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching and learning
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements:
  • At least a 2:1 Humanities-related degree from a UK Top 30 University
  • Resilience and enthusiasm, ready to motivate learners
  • Aspirations to learn from highly skilled, experienced colleagues, with the potential to progress further in the Education Sector
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of up to £100 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)
