Your Role

As a Senior Forensic Associate EMEA, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing electronic evidence, conducting custodian interviews, and providing proactive updates to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform forensically sound collections of ESI from laptops, desktops, mobile devices, hard drives, servers, and cloud data sources.
  • Verify, extract, and analyze data in support of investigations and litigation.
  • Conduct custodian interviews to identify relevant data sources.
  • Provide proactive status updates to both internal and external clients.
  • Prepare remote collection kits for redeployment.
  • Log and track evidence, update chain of custody logs, and follow evidence management best practices.
  • Enter billable time and descriptions into billing system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two to four years of experience in Digital Forensics.
  • At least one security or digital forensics industry certification.
  • Ability to multi-task, analyze, and problem-solve, and coach less-experienced members.
  • Proficient in the use of EnCase, AccessData Forensic Toolkit, XWays, Cellebrite UFED and Physical Analyzer, Cellebrite Inspector (formerly Blacklight), Axiom, or open-source forensic tools.
  • Strong mastery of data collection, preservation, and chain of custody principles and procedures.
  • An understanding of file systems, computer hardware, and computer networking concepts.
  • Strong Mac, Linux / UNIX, and other operating systems experience is a plus.
