Job Title: Refrigeration Trainer Assessor

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK-wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Refrigeration Trainer Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to apprentices in refrigeration, heat pump, and air conditioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for L2 and L3 Diplomas in Refrigeration, Heat Pump, and Air Conditioning.
  • Conduct learning audits and evaluations in the field.
  • Assist learners in preparing for F-Gas Assessment and EPA.
  • Coach, support, and motivate learners throughout their training program.
  • Carry out initial assessments and regular progress reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records and online learning trackers.

Requirements:

  • Recognised Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET) and/or Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA).
  • Cat 1 F-Gas and Hydrocarbon Qualified.
  • Minimum of a Level 2 Vocational Qualification in Refrigeration (Air Conditioning/Heat Pump).
  • Occupational experience in refrigeration, heat pump, or air conditioning.
  • Experience of delivering training to adults.
  • Good level of IT skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Full, clean UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
