About the Role

The Service Support Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring seamless business support across our funded advice services. This involves working collaboratively with the team to uphold our commitment to quality, inclusivity, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support to internal and external stakeholders through email and phone communications.
  • Manage a varied workload, working under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Communicate information clearly - verbally and in writing.
  • Follow processes/protocols, paying particular attention to detail.
