Dental Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote / Head Office (UK-based)
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Group Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Dental Careers UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in growing our patient base across multiple practices in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and action internal and external leads through our CRM system, ensuring prompt follow-up via calls, texts, and emails.
- Engage with potential patients to book them into one of our dental practices, providing them with accurate information and ensuring a smooth transition to becoming valued patients.
- Work closely with Area Managers, Practice Managers, and Clinicians to help grow their private patients.
- Maintain the CRM system, keeping it updated and optimized for lead generation and patient conversion.
- Track and monitor the success of marketing activities and suggest any potential improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM management and lead handling.
- Background in the dental industry.
- Experience in the dental or medical field is preferred but not essential.
- Flexibility to work remotely or in our head office.
