Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our dealership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, directing them to the correct department
  • Provide information and assistance to customers, responding to their queries and concerns
  • Work efficiently under pressure, maintaining a high level of customer service throughout busy periods
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous reception experience or experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic level of computer literacy
