About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced quality professional to oversee quality control activities, lead cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality procedures, conducting regular inspections, and collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Quality Procedures: Create and implement quality control procedures, standards, and specifications to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct Regular Inspections: Perform regular inspections and audits to assess product quality, identifying any defects, non-conformities, or areas for improvement.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize quality incidents and improve overall product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Microbiology, Chemistry, Quality Management) or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a people manager or similar role, preferably in a laboratory environment.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools; familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations (ISO 9001, GMP, GLP, FDA regulations).
  • Languages: English proficiency required.
