Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement project management plans, including site procedures and practices.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety management plans and BAM operating procedures.
  3. Implement BAM construction environmental procedures on site.
  4. Manage and order materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  5. Utilize IT equipment, including on-site QA and digital information systems.
  6. Understand and apply BIM and field 360 technologies.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in construction management, with a broad technical knowledge of complex substructures, reinforced concrete, and steel frame construction.
  2. Relevant health and safety qualification and competence to carry out site management tasks.
  3. Valid driver's license.
