Job Description

Job Title: Senior Account Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Development Manager to join our team at The Growth Company. As a key member of our Education and Skills team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth within our existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account management strategies to drive growth and revenue within our existing client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our colleagues to develop tailored packages of assistance to support client growth and development.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, account plans, and business development activities.
  • Collaborate with our Director of Business Development to share sector intelligence and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B account management or business development, preferably in a highly commercial environment.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue within existing client relationships.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to build credibility with senior business leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Knowledge of the apprenticeship sector and ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
