Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Forensic Healthcare Professional to join our team in a custody suite environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to detainees, working collaboratively with the Police to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all individuals in our care.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a background as a Registered Nurse or Paramedic, with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a patient-facing role within a relevant field. You will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality healthcare services to detainees in custody suites, working collaboratively with the Police to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all individuals in our care.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
