This is an exciting opportunity to join Which? as a Trading Standards Professional on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be working from home with travel across the UK, covering face to face assessments from North London to the Midlands, and occasionally further afield. You will also need to attend the Cardiff office once a quarter.

As a Trading Standards Professional, you will be responsible for assessing businesses to ensure they are in compliance with legal requirements. You will need to have a strong understanding of contract law, fair trading law, and unfair contract terms law, as well as a Recognised trading standards qualification.

We are looking for an experienced Trading Standards professional who is proactive, a great problem solver, and has a collaborative approach. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences and have a track record in building effective relationships.
