Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at our luxurious hotel and rooftop dining bar in the heart of Soho. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team in the day-to-day operation, ensuring an excellent guest experience and flawless execution of cocktails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Bartender in leading and supporting the team
  • Ensure an excellent guest experience and flawless execution of cocktails
  • Work with talented individuals across the hotel to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of bartending experience in a luxury establishment
  • Currently holding a similar position within a luxury 5-star environment or high-end stand-alone bar
  • Mixology training and excellent knowledge of cocktails
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes and crates, if necessary, with setup/deliveries, etc.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
