Job Title: Anaerobic Digestion Expert

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £55,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Anaerobic Digestion Expert to join our team at Northwick Power in Chipping Campden. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the plant biology and day-to-day testing of the AD Plant.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operations staff to oversee all AD and Power Plant procedures
  • Perform daily routine tests and carry out analysis using technical instruments
  • Undertake samples from the AD treatment plant
  • Record and report on findings and results
  • Support operations staff during busy seasons
  • Completion of timely, accurate paperwork
  • Able to optimise biological processes to boost biogas production
  • Ensure quality controls are maintained for peak plant efficiency
  • Monitor and assist in operational management of the Anaerobic Digestion Plant

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a laboratory/testing role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to develop relationships with colleagues
  • Presentation skills
  • English 'A' level or Equivalent is desirable but not essential
