Exciting Opportunity for a Test and Quality Engineer

Alstom, a global leader in the rail industry, is seeking a highly skilled Test and Quality Engineer to join their team in Derby. As a key member of the signalling systems team, you will be responsible for preparing and executing test and commissioning activities for signalling systems in the field, in support of one or several projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform testing on trackside and onboard systems, including Smartlock, Atlas & ETCS technology
  • Ensure compliance with IRSE licensing and PTS requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with non-Network Rail organisations
  • Provide commercial awareness and support to project teams
Requirements:
  • IRSE licensed tester or engineering manager
  • Valid PTS
  • Familiarity with non-Network Rail organisations
  • Commercial Awareness
