Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent levels of customer care by greeting and assisting customers with their product selection, advising on suitability and the care and use of our products.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Maximise the sales potential and profitability of the store by actively promoting our products using company sales techniques, maintaining clean and bright displays, and participating in stocktake and receiving/sorting deliveries.
  • Store Operations: Deputise in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager, ensure the store is opened/closed according to Company security procedures, and assist with recording of business performance figures.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders as required and assist with the implementation of advertising and promotional strategies and activities.

Requirements:

  • 18 or over
  • Ability to work a part-time fixed term contract for 1 year
  • Flexibility to work 15hrs/2days Monday to Sunday
