Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tomahawk North. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the restaurant's front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that menu items are prepared to the highest standards and that food quality is consistently excellent.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure that the restaurant operates within budget.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of success in improving customer satisfaction, increasing sales, and enhancing the overall dining experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
