Accounting Administrator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Administrator to join our team at Robert Walters Operations Limited. As an Accounting Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support to card holders with allocation queries, performing weekly and monthly reports, and building and maintaining business relationships with customers to ensure a premium service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide support to card holders with allocation queries
* Perform weekly and monthly reports, ensuring they are regularly maintained and accurate
* Build and maintain business relationships with customers to ensure a premium service
* Ensure compliance with the internal control environment and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

**Requirements**

* Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
* Good understanding of accounting processes
* Proficient in excel skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
