This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic kitchen team at the RedCat Pub Company and develop your culinary skills and experience in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation while supporting and assisting other kitchen staff as needed.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual who can run their own section in a busy kitchen environment, understand and maintain high standards of food safety and presentation, and support and assist other kitchen staff as needed. The ideal candidate will have good level of prep and culinary skills, excellent presentation skills with attention to detail, and a great work ethic and punctuality.
