IBA Project Manager

The Role:

As a key member of the PIB Group, we are seeking an experienced IBA Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project managing IBA changes within the business, ensuring that all changes are implemented efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of own workload, prioritizing tasks to exceed targets and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and coach other members of the IBA team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Provide training and technical support to new recruits and other members of the IBA team.
  • Take full responsibility for investigating and resolving complex queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Comply and assist with the development of Group and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Identify, record, and investigate root causes of breaches of company policy and CASS rules.
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
  • Anticipate issues and identify continuous improvement and lean solutions.
  • Actively identify and pursue opportunities for self-development and complete all mandatory training in the required timeframe.
  • Work with the IBA team and business to implement best practice and process improvements.
  • Support audit and other information requests as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience of working in a financial services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicting responsibilities to achieve targets.
  • Ability to explain complex issues clearly.
