Job Opportunity: Behaviour Support Officer

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Officer to join our team of professionals working with schools in Basingstoke. As a Behaviour Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with SEN and SEMH needs in a school setting
  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans to promote positive behaviour
  • Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school environment
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for supporting children and young people
