About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Experiences Programme Manager to join our team at the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust - WWT. As a key member of our Experience and Engagement team, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and delivering internal programmes of work to raise our standards of presentation, service, accessibility, interpretation, and programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop resources, including best practice guides and inspiration packs, to support our site teams.
  • Act as the Experiences & Engagement lead for internal communications, training, and development.
  • Lead our Experiences Academy, developing the knowledge and skills of our colleagues through webinars, workshops, and events.
  • Oversee the management of our creative database and research creative partnerships.
About You

We are looking for a confident and creative communicator with experience of copywriting and editing. You will be highly organised, thrive on a challenge, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional visitor experiences and are committed to making a positive impact for people and nature, we would love to hear from you.
