Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Our client, a leading facilities management and building services organisation, is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing building fabric maintenance services across a range of disciplines, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and small building works.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out multi-site maintenance and repair work, including PPM and reactive building fabric works internally and externally
* Provide building fabric maintenance services across a range of disciplines, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting and decorating
* Work with a range of materials, including wood, metal, and plastics

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Experience of working within a similar position in a retail or commercial environment
